A small leucine-rich proteoglycan that interacts with FIBRILLAR COLLAGENS and modifies the EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX structure of CONNECTIVE TISSUE. The protein contains a single glycosaminoglycan chain and is similar in structure to BIGLYCAN.
